ARS-1 AC REMOTE STATION

The age-old issue of having different day and night temperature settings on your mini-split air conditioners is resolved with the innovative ARS-1 mini-split air conditioner controller. If the unit has an IR or infrared remote controller, the ARS-1 universal controller is compatible with the majority of mini-split air conditioners (and certain window-type AC units as well). To "teach" the infrared signals to the ARS-1 module, we use the included remote control. The interior mini-split head unit will receive the identical signals from the ARS-1 once it has "learned" those remote-control codes. Based on the condition of the photocell sensor, the ARS-1 will then automatically adjust the setpoint to the chosen Day or Night temperature setting.
